"DEE WILL BLITZ YOU INTO SHAPE !"
Well she's done it again! If there's one person guaranteed to get me into shape its Dee Kissi. The combination of her Fat Loss Plan and Kettlebell classes, together with her positive encouragement mixed with tough love has once again transformed my body in a matter of weeks. I feel better, I look better and apparently as well as losing inches, I've lost years off my age too! Dee's classes are hard but fun and its been great mixing with the people from the local community. Her energy, her smile and her great results have us coming back for more each week. Thanks Dee x
Absolutely fabulous - 21 Day Fat Loss Programme. I took this challenge on in December 2014 and lost a total of 14lbs and 2 inches off of my waistline! Thanks to you for the emails and suggesting healthy high protein recipe's along with quick fat burning exercises that helped keep me motivated right till the end. Highly recommended....Give it a go!
Let's not forget, we may have goals like losing weight and feeling fitter and maybe looking better, we also need to look after our mental health too. Sometimes we may feel a bit down and really not feeling like doing an exercise class, and that's ok. It's ok as long as you don't isolate yourself. If you feel isolated, ensure that you talk about how you feel with someone you trust or your GP if you are getting down a lot. However, you should know that Dee's exercise classes (especially Pilates in my experience) are such a gentle and joyous way to return to exercise, that you always feel better mentally and physically afterwards. Dee makes everyone feel welcome and you are able to be left wanting to be quiet in the corner or loud and upfront, whatever you want. The ladies and some chaps are all friendly. It's a community centre in South Norwood where I go for Pilates, its not a horribly bright and loud gym. These classes really are worth making the effort for, even if it is a big effort as it will help your mood and your waistline!

I attended Dee's Pilates class for about two years and have stopped only because my work schedule doesn't allow me to attend at the moment. For the past 24 months, no two classes were ever the same, because there were always new moves, so as to make the work out more effective. Though I found it challenging, I was always happy to go because the classes were always so thorough and Dee just oozed with enthusiasm. She is a great role model as she looks the picture of health and fitness, so you can't help but want to do Pilates in the hope of looking half as good as she does!"

'After seeing pictures of myself over the Christmas festivities I couldn't believe how much weight I had gained. I had a milestone birthday coming out and Dee helped me to achieve my goal of losing weight and looking great for it. It took a few days for me to get used to the plan but I was so determined and Dee was incredibly supportive. My energy levels were low and she encouraged me to continue with my exercise regime.
